- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could rate this less than one star, I would. Do NOT hire this attorney. I had a judgement/lien on my home due to Capital One and Schauf never informed me of a petition 522F that should have been included (with extra cost) with the BK papers. Now that the case has been closed for two years, it's too late. I called her to ask why she never informed my husband and myself of this and she said "You never told me you had a lien". She HAD the paperwork right there when she was "so called" working for us. Then she contradicted herself and said "I told you it would be an extra expense". She got so upset that she hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Very negligent on her part not to inform a client of this very important form. I wouldn't recommend this attorney if she were the last one on earth.
